Pretzel Jar & Twine

In case you haven't already noticed, I love twine. =] For this little ditty I took an giant plastic pretzel jar and wrapped it in twine and a little scarf.

It was really easy to make, but took a bit of time and a lot of patience to make all the lines even without spaces. I was also shocked at how much glue it took. My glue gun went through like ten or eleven sticks!

I started on the bottom and worked my way up.

And here is the pièce de résistance! Along with my rainboots and the apartment umbrellas.

Here is a crappy webcam photo of me just sayin' hello. =] (I didn't take it today, but I'm wearing this outfit today anyways. Shh don't tell. I'm still in bed right now =])

Love love,

  1. What a cute idea! We bought an umbrella basket and were all excited about it until we realized that we didn't have any tall umbrellas, it now holds my yoga mat and videos :)

  6. (Hello fellow redhead =]) How fun and useful! I very much like your umbrella's. If I could collect cute/pretty/classic umbrella's, well, I would, haha. Besides the fact that this is the most recent post (for now), I was drawn to it because I'm a sucker for DIY projects. As for the outfit, any person who denies that they've never worn an outfit two days in a row is lying. =P
